Ever since the RJC boy brought in his Malaysian bought Dunkin Donuts to sell in Singapore, there's been a sudden craze for donuts.
And so the donut franchise begins......

This is the branch at Suntec.
Believe it or not, this is the express queue.

From first hand experience, I found out that the express queue became slow because:
- customers do not know what they want
- the one and only staff is rather slow in packing the donuts
- the one and only staff has to tend to various requests from the dine-in customers
Suggestion: Place a large menu on a standing signboard for the express lane.
This is the regular queue for takeaway orders in larger quantities.

Yup, this is the express queue while I'm still eating.

The donuts ain't very expensive lah.
These two are $1.20 each.

Strawberry White Chocolate

I totally agree. and with so many customers, the staff also cannot be bothered to put on a happy face.
also, the slow queue is also due to selling out of some of the donuts, so customers have to think again what other donut they want. i know, cos the blueberry i wanted was sold out during lunch.
