Went out with Ah Ji, Ah Yi, Ah Min, Belinda and Ah Peng to try out the renowned Samsui Chicken at the Soup Restaurant.

The Samsui Chicken
The chicken glistens with its crystal clear under layer of gel-like fats.
The meat is famously tender and pink.
The ginger sauce which is exceptionally tasty as it is blended with the chicken essence.
And some other dishes which we ordered (which I forgot their names as they pale in comparison to the main dish of the restaurant).

Then we headed to Swensen's for dessert.
