HOKKIEN STREET BA KOOT TEH
@ HONG LIM FOOD CENTRE


Probro and I were actually on the hunt for the famous dumplings stall at Hong Lim but since it was closed we looked around for other worthy foods.

There's a ba kut teh stall that serves it in black soup, so we decided to try it to compare it with the one at Alexandra.


We ordered the ba koot teh and pig innards.


The Ba Koot.
The soup has a nice herbal taste to it.
I would say it's better than the one at Alexandra.



The Pig Innards consists of kidney and liver.
Nice and tender.
