After looking at its proximity to the Punggol MRT, we applied for the Punggol Residences and kept our fingers crossed.
On 4 Sept, we got the ballot results.
We got queue no. 468 out of 615 4-room units.
Although it isn't a very fantastic queue number but at least we got a chance to make a selection.
In the worst case scenerio, we'll be left with units at 5th storey and below when our selection date(10 Oct) draws near.

It is fairly quiet, you'd be more distracted by the noises of vehicles passing by than the LRT.
