SELECTION DAY!!!
Yesterday night, dear and I narrowed down our top 20 choices.
Actually, there's no need as I believe the queue started at 460.

We planned to meet my mom there but since she was way earlier than us, I asked her to go for breakfast first.

Once we got there, we headed to the ticket kiosk to register and get a ticket.

Waiting with ticket in hand and all supporting documents ready.

We had to stare at the display for an hour before they called us in.
That's because we were early lah, we arrived at 9.55am while our scheduled time was 10.45am.
They flashed our number at about 11am.

Luckily I'd brought my netbook to go online to check the availability of the units.
The teletext live update display was located at some other place, near the model display area.
People can't keep track of the 'stock' and observe their queue at the same time.

When we got in, we sat down with the HDB officer, show her our IDs and she asked us for our unit of choice.
We were delighted that our first choice was available. :)
After some paper work, the officer gave us an Option Fee invoice and directed us to the 3rd level to pay $2K and then return to find her and the selection process was completed.

Later, we went to the Habitat Forum to check out the standard sanitary fittings that comes with the flat.

Switches and stuff.
