JUST CHILL
Met up with probro for porridge & raw fish at Amoy Street for lunch.
Then we hung around CSC for a while and headed to Chinatown for some desserts.
We saw this busy little shop and decided to give it a try.
Some other desserts that the shop has to offer.
Mango Sago
Comes with real mango chunks & sago tadpoles.
The mango flavoured paste is not too sweet, just nice.

PORK PORRIDGE & RAW FISH
@ Maxwell Food Market
I'd still prefer the one I had @ Amoy Street
LAST PIECE: VERY HOT - DEVGRU
After an unsatisfatory lunch, I had to satisfy myself with some 1/6 purchases.
We went to PlayPen and I got for myself the last standing piece of Very Hot DEVGRU.
Probro was kinda sad that there wasn't any left for him(though he said that he was on a tight budget this month).
Brief preview of Becks donning the DEVGRU outfit.

SATURDAY LATE MORNING DAMAGES
Heard from Ah Peng that there's a bag warehouse sale in Kaki Bukit.
He went on Friday night with his friend, I'd like to go too but I had a bbq to attend in the same evening.
So I went today by myself.
My damages for the day.
A sling bag & backpack.
I'd always liked the le coq sportif brand.
I wanted to find a simple tee with its logo but couldn't.
Well, a bag will do too......lol.
Le Coq Sportif sling bag - $42.
The Le Coq Sportif section.
I didn't really check out the ladies bags but the men's bags are $42(smaller size) & $48(bigger size).
After my previous trip to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, I find that my backpack was kinda old and looked like it was about to give way.
So I decided to get one today :)
This is a day pack from Tatonka - Ventrail S (Stone/Red) - $39.
It's a 20L bag.
Then while on my way home, I had the Geylang Prawn Noodle @ Upper Paya Lebar Rd as my Mom didn't cook my share of the lunch because she thought I'd be out for the day.
After which I dropped by probro's to collect these latest Revoltechs.

Not bad lah, twice the desktop space, woots.
Just that the feng shui isn't that good considering I don't have eyes on the back of my head.
I had to move out from my current desk as a new admin girl just joined and she's supposed to sit next to my admin to learn the ropes.
Didn't quite know why I had to move out until I saw the new employee.

MOUSE & MAKAN HUNTING
Went mouse hunting @ SLS with Ah Peng as my mouse(bought not too long ago) crapped out on me on Sunday night.
I remembered I saw an el-cheapo Philips mouse during my last visit to SLS.
And I said that if my current mouse ever gave up on me, I'd buy that one.
Hence, I'm determine to find it again.
After walking around two levels, I spotted it, and it was the last piece too.
The Philips mouse is nice and big, unlike those puny ones which I dislike.
Then we headed to the Hawker Centre @ Albert Centre to find the famous carrot cake which Ah Peng recommended on the way to SLS.
I didn't catch the stall name though, forgot to take pix of the stall front.
Anyway, it's the one with a queue, you can't miss it.
By the way, they're only 2bucks a plate.
We ordered a black and a white for a taste test.
As usual the white one is the salty type while the black one is the sweet type.
I'd prefer the white one as the black one is a tad too sweet for my liking.
It's worth a try if you happen to pass by and the queue is not too long, anyway it's just 2bucks a plate.
